This program is designed for women who are clear on what they want to create and are ready to implement until they see results. It’s not structured as a “try it out and decide later” experience.

This experience works beautifully for women who take ownership of their growth and want my support as a catalyst while they clarify and expand the vision they’re becoming capable of carrying.

Once you enroll, you’ll choose your start date (within the window we discuss on our call).
Up to one week before that date, you’ll receive access to our private chat and private podcast, where your welcome module (Step 0) will already be available. Each step has a module. The remaining modules are released weekly throughout your 40-day formation.
Listen to the lessons. Work through what they spark in you (journal, pray, talk, etc.). Decide on your next move. Take action.
The lessons for each step are there to impart wisdom and guide your thoughts towards achieving that step. You get to take what resonates with you and then you can share with me via chat (texts and voice notes) or on a coaching call what’s coming up for you and what you want my support with.
Your five private coaching calls (up to five total hours) must be completed within your scheduled 40 days.
I’ll check in with you every day via chat. I’ll also be available during designated chat hours to respond in real-time, but feel free to leave me messages at any time during the 40 days (yes, including your aha moment in the middle of the night).
The destination of this journey is the woman you want to become, so only you and God can define her. I’m thrilled to be your guide, using this program as a map, to support you in getting to her.

The lessons are audio-only and easy to listen to on the go. But this work goes beyond listening. You’ll want to set aside time for journaling, prayer, 1:1 calls, and giving yourself space to work through what comes up.

No. This is not therapy, and I’m not functioning as a licensed therapist.
Therapy is sacred and powerful work, especially for healing trauma, diagnosing mental health conditions, and addressing clinical concerns. If that level of support is needed, I will always encourage you to pursue it.
I’ve personally walked through therapy for trauma and mental health support, so I deeply respect that space and will always be sensitive to where you’re coming from. But Faithful Authority Formation™ is not where we treat or heal clinical conditions.
This is identity formation and leadership development rooted in Scripture, emotional maturity, and personal responsibility.
We will absolutely examine how your past experiences have shaped you — but not to stay there. We look back to understand your current trajectory as we chart your new one, so you can move forward aware and intentional.
If you’ve done therapy or mindset work before, this complements and builds on that.
If you haven’t, you should at least be willing — and emotionally ready — to engage in honest, sometimes uncomfortable, self-reflection and personal growth.
This is about becoming the woman who can steward what’s next.
