I didn’t grow into confidence by pretending fear wasn’t there.
I learned how to see myself as the woman God called, and only then did my actions and circumstances start to align.
BIG Dreamer. Chronic Overachiever.
CHOCOLATE-OBSESSED. ENNEAGRAM 4.
His M.O. is calling us to do things we don’t believe we’re capable of—things other people might question—and then not showing us the full picture from the start!
But He’s with you the whole time so why complain…right? RIGHT!?
So, it’s normal to feel called to something meaningful… and still feel unqualified to be seen, heard, or taken seriously while building it.
It’s easy to feel guilty about wasting your time and talents—or scared that you’re not doing a “good enough” job compared to someone else.
That’s where I come in.
Let's just say it out loud...

You never know where you’ll get the thing that changes you for life! While business is the main focus, KemZi’s services touch on so much more than solely that. Her resources have helped shape the way that I think, and in turn, the way I live and go about my affairs. My journey wouldn’t be the same without her addition to it!
My work is for the Jesus-loving woman who knows she’s called—but is tired of forcing confidence, managing how people perceive her, and waiting to feel “ready” or “worthy” before she takes up space.
You are WORTHY—right now!
This is the heart behind my 5-step Faithful Authority Formation™.
It’s the inner work of becoming rooted in your God-given identity, so that leadership, visibility, and obedience flow naturally, without fear running the show.
Your calling will no longer be something you need to “do better”—it will feel like simply who you are.
I grew up as the firstborn in a Nigerian home (think: high standards and responsibility set from the start).
At the same time, I was dealing with an illness that made me embarrassed to be who I was… and I was overweight.
Yikes.
Life: 3
My confidence: 0
My self-esteem: -1
So, when God put the dream in my heart of becoming a successful entrepreneur—one who builds businesses that genuinely help people—I filed it to the side and went to study engineering instead.
What!? Math is easy for me!
I couldn’t reconcile that calling with who I believed I was at the time. It just didn’t seem possible for me.
BUT GOD!
Things began to shift while I was building one of my first businesses, a cake business!
God started teaching me something simple, but life-changing:
to see myself as the woman He called, not the woman who could list every reason she felt unworthy.
I was scared.
I wasn’t professionally trained in cake decorating.
I knew nothing about marketing.
So I avoided opportunities that would put me in the spotlight.
Yet, as my identity began to change, so did how I showed up.
I raised my prices when needed.
I said yes to opportunities I once believed I wasn’t good enough for.
I shared my work online.
I learned to market what I was creating—because I finally had the confidence to speak well of it.
Over time, people started asking me, “How are you making this look so easy? Entrepreneurship is so hard and scary.”
And that’s when I realized something.
What fulfilled me most wasn’t just building businesses—it was helping others form the God-given identity that allows them to pursue their callings without shrinking.
Then, the pandemic happened.
Life: 1
My confidence: 6/10
My self-esteem: 8/10
I had a near-death experience that woke me up to a truth I couldn’t ignore:
life is too short not to spend every moment making the deepest impact possible.
I left my engineering degree and went all in on entrepreneurship and coaching.
Today, I help women become what I call a Faithful Authority™—a woman who can be seen and be heard as she grows the business God entrusted to her.
The women I work with experience immediate clarity and momentum that moves them into visible action—often after just one conversation.
By God’s Grace…
Life: it’s what I make it!
My confidence: 10/10.
My self-esteem: 10/10.
My JOY: 100!
Yes, my favorite person is my hubby and we’re huge fans of romantic gestures. I’m an Enneagram 4 (The Romantic Individualist), wing 6 (The Loyalist), after all!
My cravings are satisfied with chocolate or very spicy food. Dishes and drinks from all over the world keep my taste buds on a trip. I’d love to open a restaurant with a killer dessert bar!
It’s my peace. It’s my warfare. And I love to lead worship in Church. The altar has been my happy place since I was a kid. Current fav: Too Good To Not Believe by Tribl & Maverick City.
Make them big! My goal is to one day have served 100,000+ Christian women growing businesses. Other goals: write books, luxury travel experiences, and deepen charity work!
English. Yoruba. Nigerian pidgin. And does it count that I speak in tongues? I love to study the Bible based on the original language and cultural contexts.
